Fees
My current fee is £65 per session.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes and take place weekly.
Online sessions
I work online via Zoom.
Online therapy can still offer a consistent and meaningful therapeutic relationship, provided there is enough privacy and space for you to speak freely.
Cancellations
I ask for 2 working days' notice for cancellations where possible.
Confidentiality
Everything we discuss is treated as confidential and handled in line with professional ethical guidelines.
There are standard limits to confidentiality which we can go through together if you choose to begin therapy.
